Field Sales Executive

Lead Generation:

• Conduct property showings and site visits for potential clients.

• Gather and analyze data on property prices, demand, and market conditions.
• Provide insights to the sales team for strategic decision-making.

Sales Closure:

• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
• Guide clients through the sales process, from initial inquiry to final transaction.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.

Follow-Ups:

• Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and clients to nurture relationships and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities.
• Proactively address any client concerns or issues.

Reporting:

• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, lead generation, and market trends.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide feedback to the sales manager on market conditions and client feedback.

Promotional Activities:

• Participate in promotional events, property exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
• Distribute marketing materials and promote properties to potential clients.
• Work with the marketing team to execute field marketing strategies.
