Field Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and door-to-door marketing.Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.Participate in and organize lead generation events.Property Showings:Conduct property showings and site visits for potential clients.Provide detailed information about property features, amenities, and pricing.Address client queries and concerns during showings.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service. Understand client needs and preferences to offer suitable property options.Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the sales process.Market Research:Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.Gather and analyze data on property prices, demand, and market conditions. Provide insights to the sales team for strategic decision-making.Sales Closure:Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.Guide clients through the sales process, from initial inquiry to final transaction.Meet and exceed sales targets.Follow-Ups:Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and clients to nurture relationships and close deals.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities.Proactively address any client concerns or issues.Reporting:Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, lead generation, and market trends.Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).Provide feedback to the sales manager on market conditions and client feedback.Promotional Activities:Participate in promotional events, property exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.Distribute marketing materials and promote properties to potential clients.Work with the marketing team to execute field marketing strategies.
