We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven B2B Field Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The role involves meeting corporate clients, generating new business opportunities, conducting product demos, and closing deals for enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and referrals
Meet decision-makers such as Admin Heads, Facility Managers, HR, and Operations teams
Conduct on-site and virtual product demos and presentations
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Follow up on leads, negotiate commercials, and close deals
Maintain and update sales activities in CRM
Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and implementation
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in B2B field sales (SaaS / IT / Facility Management / Enterprise Solutions preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Comfortable with cold calling, field visits, and corporate meetings
Ability to understand client pain points and offer consultative solutions
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and email communication
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
