Pre-Sales Associate - Real Estate

As a Pre-Sales Associate at BelleVie by Lodha Group, your role is crucial in engaging potential customers, qualifying leads, and building a strong lead pipeline for the on-ground sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct daily outbound calls to prospects from various sources. - Qualify leads based on budget, location, and property preferences. - Schedule and coordinate site visits for Relationship Associates. - Provide clear and accurate information about services, properties, and packages. - Maintain lead history, notes, and follow-ups in CRM tools. - Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction. Candidate Requirements: - Graduate in any stream; Real Estate experience preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in tele-sales, customer service, or pre-sales. - Strong communication skills in English; regional languages are a plus. - Target-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
