Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Mohali, India. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include visiting clients, providing product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and participating in trade shows and events. In addition, the Field Sales Executive will be reporting to the Sales Manager and working closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
  • Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
  • Negotiate terms of sales and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve queries.
  • Collect market insights, competitor activities, and feedback to support business strategy.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM/records daily.


Requirements

  • Proven experience (0–1years) in field sales, direct sales, or business development.
  • Experience in courier, logistics, or supply chain services will be considered a strong plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle rejection positively.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business growth.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools will be an added advantage.
