Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales person to join our SME Equipment Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new SME customers and promoting equipment finance, including funding for machinery, medical equipment and other capital assets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new SME customers for equipment finance. Develop and maintain strong relationships with equipment dealers, OEMs, and other channel partners. Understand customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions. Ensure proper documentation, due diligence, and credit assessment support for loan processing. Achieve monthly/quarterly disbursement and revenue targets. Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and disbursal. Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry developments. Conduct field visits and customer meetings to generate leads and close deals.
