OPSWAT is seeking an experienced and dynamic temporary Field Marketing Manager to provide critical coverage during a team member’s maternity leave. This contract role will be responsible for maintaining and executing key field marketing initiatives with a particular focus on India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B tech field marketing, channel engagement, and event management. You will collaborate closely with the VP of Sales for India, government teams, and channel partners, as well as interface with corporate marketing and demand generation teams.

- Field Marketing Alignment and Execution (India-Focused):
- Manage and execute tradeshow events in India and key regional industry events.
- Coordinate event logistics and secure necessary funding and approvals.
- Develop and submit event-related content for promotion via social media and internal communications.
- Support and Enablement:
- Partner with regional sales teams to deliver localized marketing support, including webinars, sales enablement content, and event materials.
- Serve as a liaison between sales and corporate marketing to ensure alignment of marketing programs with business goals.
- Planning, Reporting, and Partner Engagement:
- Lead the planning and execution of quarterly/monthly partner webinars.
- Support planning and delivery of partner summits in collaboration with the channel team.
- Develop and deliver regular KPI and campaign performance reports.
- Support MDF planning, co-branded campaign execution, and channel partner enablement.
- Review and guide partners’ marketing plans to maximize joint success.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years in B2B field and channel marketing, preferably within cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
- Demonstrated experience supporting India-based sales and channel teams.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and PRM platforms (e.g., Allbound).
- Proven success managing digital and in-person events, webinars, and email/social campaigns.
- Experience with partner marketing planning and execution, including MDF oversight.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to work independently and with distributed teams.
- Willingness to travel within India for key events (as needed).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
