You will play a vital role in shaping how the brand connects with communities across Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities 1. On-Ground Brand Promotions Execute apartment society camps, school/college engagements, and community awareness drives. Manage outdoor branding: banners, standees, auto hoods, flex boards, pamphlet drops, and kiosk setups. Identify high-footfall hotspots (gyms, malls, banks, bus stops, corporates) for visibility. 2. Event Activation & Management Plan and coordinate Health Camps, Dental/Skin education sessions, and out door events. Handle permissions, vendor management, logistics, and setup. Capture leads from events and ensure proper tracking and coordination with the internal team. 3. Partnerships & Collaborations Build strong partnerships with apartments, schools, fitness centres, salons, and local businesses. Explore cross-promotional activities to build consistent brand presence in the neighbourhood. Work closely with the in-house marketing & creative team for campaign collaterals. 4. Reporting & Performance Tracking Maintain a weekly activity calendar and field execution reports. Analyse campaign ROI—leads, walk-ins, conversions. Ensure brand assets are updated, well-placed, and aligned with brand guidelines. Who You Are Passionate about marketing, branding, and people engagement. Street-smart, proactive, and comfortable with on-field work. Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences. Creative thinker with strong execution discipline. Qualifications Graduate in Marketing / Business / Communications (preferred). 1–2 years of field marketing, events, promotions, or activation experience – healthcare, retail, FMCG, or EdTech experience is a plus. Fluency in English + Kannada (Hindi is an advantage). Must own a two-wheeler (fuel/travel allowance provided).
