Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor based in Ludhiana. The Counselor will be responsible for guiding and supporting students through their educational journey, understanding their career aspirations, and providing advice on course selection and opportunities available in the industry. Additionally, the Counselor will conduct information sessions, coordinate with faculty and industry experts, and maintain detailed records of student progress and achievements. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 2+ Years of Experience in career counseling role. Knowledge of Animation, VFX, Gaming, Filmmaking, Interior Design, or Digital Marketing Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in coordinating with faculty and management Detail-oriented and ability to maintain accurate student records
