Role OverviewA skilled digital marketing professional responsible for: Running & optimising high-performing Google Ads + Meta campaigns Creating engaging, patient-centric content and short-form videos Driving qualified leads, clinic appointments, and brand engagement Key Responsibilities 1. Performance Marketing (Google Ads + Meta Ads)Plan, launch & optimise Search, P-Max, Display, Call-Only & Meta Lead campaigns Conduct keyword research, audience testing & competitor benchmarking Manage budgets, bids, and conversion tracking via GA4/GTM Run retargeting & hyperlocal 5 km radius campaigns Track CPL, CTR, CPV, lead quality & ROAS; share weekly/monthly reports 2. Content Creation & WritingWrite clear, compelling content for social media, landing pages, blogs & doctor stories Create scripts/storyboards for reels, educational videos & testimonials Craft brand-aligned messaging for all BTL creatives (pamphlets, posters, ads) 3. Video Production & EditingShoot short doctor videos, patient journeys & clinic highlights Edit videos using CapCut/VN/Adobe/Canva with clean subtitles & transitions Repurpose videos across Instagram, YouTube & WhatsApp 4. Social Media HandlingPlan, post & manage daily content across all platforms Track performance & suggest creative angles for engagement boost What We’re Looking For1–2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads + Meta Ads (mandatory) Ability to write, shoot, edit & publish content independently Strong understanding of consumer psychology and aesthetics Analytical mindset + creative thinking + execution ownership Able to work in a fast-paced healthcare marketing setup Skills RequiredGoogle Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager GA4, GTM, Keyword Planner Content writing & storytelling Mobile/DSLR shooting & Video editing Basic design sense (Canva/Figma)
