Job Description

Responsible for conducting on-ground marketing and promotional activities to generate leads. Identifies potential customers and promotes company products and services directly in the field. Communicates product features, benefits, and offers clearly to prospective clients. Acts as the primary point of contact between the company and field-level customers. Collects customer information and requirements and shares them with the internal sales team. Provides timely updates on market feedback, customer responses, and competitor activities. Ensures brand visibility through banners, flyers, stalls, and other promotional materials. Maintains accurate records of leads generated, visits made, and daily activity reports. Follows assigned marketing routes, schedules, and targets consistently. Handles customer queries and provides basic clarification about products and services. Ensures all field activities comply with company policies and marketing guidelines. Coordinates with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion and campaign effectiveness. Supports business growth by building strong customer relationships and expanding market reach.
