Job Description

Handle customer inquiries related to Flight Booking, Hotel Booking, Travel Insurance, and Okay-to-Board requests through email, phone, and online platforms. Process reservations, amendments, and cancellations while ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, travel insurance providers, and other vendors to confirm bookings and resolve service-related issues. Assist in preparing and issuing travel itineraries, vouchers, insurance policies, OTB approvals, and other relevant travel documents. Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth backend operations and efficient handling of all customer requests. Maintain and organize documentation, including booking records, contracts, agreements, and customer files. Support backend tasks such as inventory tracking for travel packages, promotional materials, and office supplies. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling travel services while enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
