Ensures timelines for hiring are followed and communicates any changes promptly. Supports a smooth and professional experience for all candidates. Ensures all processes and communication comply with company policies and employment guidelines. Coordinates internally to understand talent needs and hiring priorities. Shares closing information when a position is filled and ensures proper communication to agents and candidates.
