Position Overview: A Travel Consultant is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing travel arrangements for clients, ensuring a seamless and memorable travel experience. The role involves understanding customer requirements, suggesting suitable destinations, preparing itineraries, and managing bookings. Key Responsibilities: Understand client needs and recommend suitable travel options Create customized itineraries and travel packages (domestic & international) Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport vendors, and DMC partners Handle flight, hotel, visa, insurance, and transportation bookings Provide cost estimates, proposals, and travel documentation Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups Address queries, provide travel advice, and resolve issues during travel Skills Required: Excellent communication & customer service skills Knowledge of destinations, hotels, and travel trends Attention to detail and strong negotiation abilities Proficiency in using booking tools and MS Office Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
