Roles & Responsibilities: Assist clients with all types of tourist visa applications for destinations such as Canada, USA, UK, Europe, UAE, and other countries. Handle client queries professionally and provide accurate visa information and guidance. Prepare and verify visa documentation, forms, checklists, and supporting papers. Guide clients on visa requirements, processing timelines, biometrics, travel insurance, and related advisories. Communicate with clients through phone, email, and WhatsApp, ensuring timely follow-ups. Maintain proper records of applications, submissions, and client interactions. Liaise with embassies/visa facilitation centres (VFS, BLS, etc.) when required. Assist with walk-in clients and contribute to overall office operations for smooth workflow. Support the team in business development activities when needed. Candidate Profile: Strong knowledge of tourist visa procedures for major countries (Canada, USA, UK, Europe, etc.). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-friendly approach. Ability to handle multiple applications, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Good follow-up skills and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed applications. Must be a team player with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
