Job Summary We are seeking an energetic Field Marketing Executive to represent Drcita on the ground. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building partnerships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals, promoting our platform, and driving user registrations. This role involves direct interaction with healthcare professionals and community outreach. Key Responsibilities Visit clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote company services. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare providers. Explain company benefits, onboarding process, and features to medical professionals. Conduct field marketing campaigns, local events, and awareness programs. Distribute marketing materials (brochures, standees, pamphlets, etc.) at key locations. Collect feedback and market insights from field visits. Achieve monthly target goals for registrations and partnerships. Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to execute local campaigns. Identify new locations and communities for promotional opportunities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field. 0–3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or healthcare promotion. Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mobile Developer with strong experience in both React Native and Kotlin (Android) to join our development team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for Android (and possibly iOS), ensuring performance, usability, and scalability. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native. Build and optimize native Android components using Kotlin. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries. Work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver features. Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Monitor and fix bugs, crashes, and performance issues. Stay up to date with mobile development best practices and emerging technologies. Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience in mobile development. Strong proficiency in React Native (with projects deployed to production). Strong knowledge of Kotlin and native Android development (Jetpack, Material Design, etc.). Experience working with mobile architectures (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture). Familiarity with Android SDK, Gradle, and performance optimization. Experience with Git and version control workflows. Knowledge of mobile UI/UX best practices.
