β JOB TITLE: FIELD SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
This is a hardcore B2B field sales job in the construction and steel building industry. Your job is to physically visit factories, industrial zones, and project sites, introduce our steel shed solutions, and generate qualified leads for quotation and closure.
β KEY JOB OBJECTIVE:
To educate industrial clients on PEB solutions, identify construction/expansion needs, generate leads, and support the sales team in driving project closures through active field presence.
β DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Field Visits: Travel daily to industrial areas and construction sites as per predefined beat plan.
Client Outreach: Approach landowners, factory owners, contractors, engineers, builders, architects, and brokers.
Lead Generation: Capture detailed lead info β name, contact, company, plot size, requirement, urgency.
Product Demo: Use printed brochures, videos, photos of past projects to demonstrate PEB advantages.
Technical Scoping: Ask the right questions: shed size, RCC status, land shape, height, door openings, insulation needs, etc.
Coordination: Submit leads to design/estimation team for BOQ and quotation preparation.
Follow-up: Call or revisit clients for clarifications, negotiation, and scheduling site visits with seniors.
Reporting: Maintain daily visit log, follow-up sheet, and lead status via Google Sheets or WhatsApp.
Market Intelligence: Keep track of competitors, new projects in the area, CLU land listings, and local contractor activity.

π B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical) Freshers who want to start in ground-level construction sales
π§ Diploma Holders/ITI in Civil, Mechanical, Fabrication, or Marketing
πΌ Career Switchers from civil contracting, site supervision, or warehouse operations
π§± Candidates who understand construction basics but prefer sales & communication roles
ποΈ Field-ready professionals with own 2-wheeler who enjoy outdoor work
β ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA β MUST HAVE:
βοΈ Education:
B.Tech or Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Industrial / Structural Engineering
Candidates with Sales & Marketing background in construction will also be considered
βοΈ Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter): Must for daily industrial visits (Petrol paid as per actual)
βοΈ Field Orientation: Must be willing to travel daily to industrial areas (4β5 hours/day on field)
βοΈ Communication Skills:
Hindi is a must; basic spoken English preferred but not mandatory
Must be confident, polite, and persistent in client handling
βοΈ Residency Preference:
Candidates residing in Bahadurgarh, Rohad, Jhajjar, Tikri, Sampla, Mundka, or nearby towns
Outstation candidates must be ready to relocate
βοΈ Age Limit: 20 to 60 years
βοΈ Freshers Welcome: Only if ready for daily field movement and willing to learn technical sales
β TRAINING PROVIDED
Introduction to PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) systems
Components: Columns, Rafters, Purlins, Decking Sheets, Fasteners, Insulation
Common client queries and how to answer them
CRM tools for lead logging and follow-up
Site visit handling and pricing coordination basics
β SALARY & BENEFITS:
π° Fixed Monthly Salary: βΉ12,000 to βΉ30,000 per month (based on skills, experience & performance)
β½ Petrol Reimbursement: Paid monthly based on actual kilometers (field use only)
π Training Support: Product, pricing, sales pitch β all will be taught
