We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Site Engineer (PEB) to join our on-site team in Badli, Haryana. ➤ ROLE OVERVIEW: The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing all on-ground activities related to PEB erection and sheeting. This role requires technical expertise, leadership, and a strong commitment to quality and safety. ➤ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise erection of steel structures and PEB components on-site. Manage installation of roof and wall sheeting as per drawings and specifications. Ensure quality, alignment, and weatherproofing of sheeting systems. Oversee daily operations including manpower, material, and safety management. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely deliveries. Monitor work progress, maintain site documentation, and resolve technical issues. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress and manpower reports. Conduct safety inspections and enforce compliance with safety protocols. ➤ CANDIDATE PROFILE: Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Experience: 3 to 8 years in PEB erection/site engineering or similar structural steel projects. ➤ TECHNICAL SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and site plans. Proficient in PEB erection methods and safety procedures. Familiarity with project management and construction tracking tools is a plus. ➤ SOFT SKILLS: Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
