Job Description

Key Responsibilities : 1. Conduct revenue leakage audits for OYO partner hotels 2. Verify room bookings, tariffs, discounts, promotions, and commissions against system data 3. Identify discrepancies in Check-in/check-out dates 4. Detect fraud, manipulation, or non-compliance by hotel staff or partners 5. Prepare audit reports highlighting revenue loss, root causes, and recovery recommendations Skills & Competencies : 1. Strong knowledge of hotel revenue management and auditing 2. Experience with OYO systems, OTA platforms, or hotel PMS (preferred) 3. Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills 4. Attention to detail and high accuracy 5. Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills 6. Ability to work independently and handle multiple audits Work Location : On-site / Field audit / Hybrid (as per OYO requirement)
