Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 15 years of experience to lead our Food and Beverage Service team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams and delivering exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead and manage a team of food and beverage professionals to ensure excellent customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Monitor and control inventory levels, supplies, and expenses.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in leading teams in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and service.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
