Job Description

We are looking for a skilled F&B Service Restaurant Manager with 6-10 years of experience to join our team at IHCL Ekante Bliss. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing restaurants and hotels, with excellent leadership and customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision and training.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of goods and services.
Analyze sales reports and market trends to inform business decisions.
Foster a positive work environment and resolve conflicts promptly.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing restaurants or hotels, with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and health and safety protocols.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and service.
