Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an F&B Service OJT member at Radisson Hotel. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
Manage food and beverage services, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance teamwork.
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage services, including menu planning and inventory management.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude.
Familiarity with hotel operations, including front office and housekeeping procedures.
