Job Summary: The Guest Service Associate (GSA) – F&B Service is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquet areas, and in-room dining. The GSA ensures that guests have a pleasant dining experience by delivering professional, attentive, and timely service. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests courteously and escort them to tables. Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer guest queries regarding food and beverages. Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar. Serve food and beverages according to service standards. Clear tables, reset them, and maintain cleanliness in the service area. Ensure timely billing and accurate payment handling. Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate to supervisors when needed. Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely and smooth service. Uphold all hygiene, health, and safety regulations. Assist with the setup and breakdown of service areas for events or daily operations.
