Housekeeping Associate

A Housekeeping Guest Service Associate (GSA) is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces as per the hotel's standards. Their duties include cleaning rooms, changing linens, replenishing amenities, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and reporting any maintenance issues or lost and found items. They must ensure guest satisfaction by providing prompt and polite service, maintaining a well-organized housekeeping cart, and adhering to safety, hygiene, and grooming standards. The ideal candidate should have at least a 10th or 12th pass qualification, be physically fit, willing to work flexible shifts, and possess a positive attitude—prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
