Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Bartender/ Bar Associate/ Bar OJT at Radisson Hotel. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain high customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and mocktails.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation methods and ingredients.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
