Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Service Associate to join our team at Fairfield by Marriott. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
Manage food and beverage service with attention to detail and accuracy.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve seamless service delivery.
Handle cash and credit transactions with precision and professionalism.
Develop and maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high service quality standards.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation methods and ingredients is expected.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures is preferred.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the organization are essential.
