Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic F&B Associate to join our team at The Leela, with 0-2 years of experience. As a fresher or with up to 2 years of experience, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality customer service.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes and beverages according to established recipes and menus.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Basic knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is an asset.
