Job Description

Looking for a motivated and enthusiastic F&B Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality customer service.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer feedback.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Basic knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures.
Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills.
Strong attention to detail, with an emphasis on quality and accuracy.
