About the Role

We are hiring passionate educators to deliver high-impact learning outcomes, design engaging content, and mentor students across grades and competitive programs. Multiple positions are open for freshers, experienced teachers, senior faculty, academic coordinators, and HODs.

Key Responsibilities (Common)
  • Deliver concept-driven classes (offline; smart-class/LMS where applicable) with clear learning outcomes.
  • Create lesson plans, question banks, worksheets, and assessments aligned to the board/exam pattern.
  • Track student progress via tests, diagnostics, and analytics; implement improvement plans.
  • Conduct doubt-solving, remedial sessions, and parent/student counseling as needed.
  • Maintain classroom discipline, attendance, and academic records in LMS/ERP.
  • Collaborate with academic teams for timetables, events, practicals, labs, and examinations.
  • Participate in demos/observation classes, PTMs, workshops, and teacher training.
  • Uphold academic integrity, safety, and institutional policies.

A) Schools (CBSE/ICSE/IB/State Boards)

  • Map lesson plans to Bloom’s Taxonomy/NEP 2020 and board syllabus.
  • Integrate activities, projects, labs, practicals, and experiential learning.
  • Prepare students for internal/external assessments, Olympiads, and board exams.

B) Coaching/Test-Prep (IIT-JEE/NEET/CUET/Foundation/Olympiads)

  • Teach exam-oriented theory, problems, and PYQs; design advanced practice sets.
  • Run test series, rank-improvement batches, and performance mentoring.
  • Optimize pedagogy for speed, accuracy, and exam temperament.

C) Colleges/Universities

  • Deliver UG/PG courses; support practicals/labs/tutorials.
  • Prepare teaching plans as per UGC/AICTE norms; maintain course files.
  • Guide projects, internships, research; publish papers (as applicable).
Eligibility & Qualifications

Freshers (Schools/Test-Prep):

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in relevant subject (e.g., B.Sc/M.Sc, BA/MA, B.Com/M.Com, B.Tech/BE).
  • Preferred:

    B.Ed/M.Ed (for schools), CTET/TET qualified; strong subject depth and communication.

Experienced Faculty (Schools/Test-Prep):

  • 1–15+ years of classroom experience with proven student outcomes.
  • Preferred (Test-prep):

    Top institute background; strong track record with selections/ranks; IIT/NIT/AIIMS/Top Univ alumni a plus.

College/University (as per norms):

  • PG in relevant discipline with

    UGC NET/SET

    or

    PhD

    (per UGC/AICTE/PCI/INC/COA norms).
  • Research/publications/industry exposure preferred for senior roles.
Skills & Tools
  • Excellent subject command, communication (English + Hindi/local).
  • Student-centric pedagogy; classroom management.
  • Assessment design, data-driven remediation.
  • Comfort with smart boards/LMS/Google Workspace/MS Office.
  • For labs: safety and equipment handling.
Work Schedule
  • Schools: Typically 5/6-day week (day schedule).
  • Coaching/Test-prep: 6-day week; morning/evening/weekend batches as scheduled.
  • Colleges/Universities: As per timetable and academic calendar.
  • (Exact hours/batches will be shared by the institute.)
KPIs (measured quarterly/term-wise)
  • Syllabus completion & class quality audits.
  • Student performance growth (tests/boards/exams), retention, and feedback (CSAT).
  • Doubt resolution SLAs and remedial impact.
  • Content quality/quantity (lesson plans, assessments).
  • For senior/HOD: team training, academic results, and process compliance.
Compensation & Benefits
