This individual will play a pivotal role in anchoring workshops and sessions in addition to managing complex programs from conception to execution, while also leveraging his expertise in content development to create compelling and informative materials across various formats. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of coordination acumen, networking, content creation expertise, and exceptional communication skills, enabling them to effectively lead programs, engage audiences, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. This wide range of expertise is mandatory as the faculty members of the School of Design Thinking are those who play multiple roles aligned to the overall purpose of evangelising the concept of Design Thinking as propounded by the School of Design Thinking. Responsibilities Anchoring workshops Anchor engaging immersive workshops and training sessions. Adapt delivery style to cater to different learning preferences and audience types. Facilitate interactive sessions that encourage participation and knowledge retention. Develop and utilize effective training materials and resources. Assess and evaluate participants' performance. Fostering meaningful and probing dialogue with the program audience to drive better assimilation of Design Thinking concepts Program Coordination Ideate, manage and execute workshops, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards. Develop comprehensive workshop and other program plans, including creating agenda, resource allocation and communication strategies. Effectively communicate status updates to stakeholders and senior management. Content Development Research and create high-quality content to be used across workshops, seminars and other sessions by the faculty of the organization. This would also include training materials, white papers, concept notes, manuals, etc. Tailor content to specific target audiences and objectives. Fine Tuning stories & Working with the team to build Design Thinking story repository. Relationship Management Working with leadership team / stakeholders of SoDT’s customers to strengthen Design Thinking engagement for their organization Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve program goals. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment. Qualifications A doctoral degree (PhD) in any stream - humanities, social sciences, technology, engineering, languages, etc. 5-7 years of experience in teaching, training, anchoring workshops. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Experience in delivering workshops and training sessions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Outgoing and extroverted personality, comfortable leading and engaging audiences. Speaking proficiency of multiple Indian languages (beyond native / mother tongue language) will be a good advantage While not mandatory, familiarity with Design Thinking, Critical Thinking and Entrepreneurship will be an additional bonus.
