Job Description

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Faculty member to join our team at the Imperial Institute of Advanced Management, responsible for teaching Hospitality Management courses. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and deliver high-quality lecture materials and assessments for Hospitality Management students.
Provide individualized attention and mentorship to help students achieve their academic goals.
Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and implement curriculum changes.
Conduct research and publish papers in reputable journals related to Hospitality Management.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of the Hospitality Management program.
Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to improve their skills.

Job Requirements

Master's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Proven experience in teaching Hospitality Management courses.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with industry trends and developments in Hospitality Management.
