Position Summary

The Factory Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the plant, including administration, logistics, stock management, packaging, and dispatch. The role requires ensuring smooth coordination across departments, adherence to processes, and timely deliveries while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Administration Management

• Supervise all administrative activities within the factory premises.
• Ensure strict implementation and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Operations Oversight

• Oversee and monitor plant operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment by guiding and training staff.

Logistics Handling

• Plan and manage inward and outward logistics operations.
• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely material movement.

SOPs & MIS Reporting

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.

Stock Management

• Track inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of stock movement.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliations.

Packaging & Dispatch Management

• Supervise packaging processes to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.
• Oversee dispatch planning to meet delivery timelines and ensure order accuracy.
