Factory Supervisor

As a Factory Supervisor at Greenovate Aerocon LLP, located in Kishanganj, Bihar, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations at our manufacturing unit for fly ash bricks, paver blocks, precast concrete panels, and AAC blocks. We are in search of a proactive, organized, and technically sound professional with excellent leadership skills to join our expanding team. Your key responsibilities will include managing and monitoring day-to-day production activities, ensuring quality control, and adherence to safety standards. You will be supervising workers, machine operators, and shift schedules while coordinating with maintenance teams for equipment upkeep. Maintaining raw material stock and consumption records, as well as reporting daily production data to management, will be essential aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should have at least 3-5 years of experience in factory/shop floor supervision, preferably in the construction materials or manufacturing sector. A strong knowledge of concrete product machinery such as fly ash brick or paver block machines, along with a basic understanding of mechanical maintenance and safety protocols, is required. Your ability to lead and motivate teams, coupled with IT skills for reporting using tools like MS Excel/Google Sheets, will be advantageous. Ideally, you should hold a Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Civil/Production Engineering. However, experienced candidates without formal qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
