The Factory Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, managing manpower, and ensuring timely dispatch of finished goods. The role requires strong coordination skills to maintain quality, productivity, and smooth factory operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Management

• Supervise daily production activities as per the production plan
• Ensure production targets are met on time with required quality standards
• Monitor raw material usage and report shortages in advance
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and GMP standards on the shop floor

Dispatch & Inventory

• Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely packing and dispatch of orders
• Ensure proper labelling, sealing, and packaging of finished goods
• Maintain records of daily production and dispatched quantities
• Coordinate with logistics partners when required

Manpower Management

• Manage factory manpower including workers, helpers, and packers
• Allocate work efficiently to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor attendance, shifts, and productivity of staff
• Handle day-to-day worker issues and report escalations to management

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain daily production and dispatch reports
• Coordinate with quality, procurement, and operations teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and factory rules

Skills & Requirements

• Experience as a Factory Supervisor or similar role
• Knowledge of production processes and dispatch operations
• Ability to manage manpower effectively
• Basic documentation and reporting skills
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and pressure

Preferred Qualification

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in factory/production supervision
• Experience in food/FMCG manufacturing is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,746.01 - ₹64,069.33 per month
