Factory Manager

1. Production Planning & Control

• Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per quality and timeline
• Coordinate with design, stores, and installation/site teams

2. Factory Operations Management

• Oversee complete factory operations including carpentry, finishing, assembly, and dispatch
• Allocate manpower and machines effectively
• Monitor workflow to minimize wastage and downtime

3. Quality Control & Standards

• Ensure products meet company quality standards and client specifications
• Implement quality checks at every production stage
• Reduce rework, rejection, and customer complaints

4. Inventory & Material Management

• Monitor raw material stock (wood, plywood, hardware, paint, etc.)
• Coordinate with purchase team for timely material availability
• Control material consumption and reduce excess or scrap

5. Manpower Supervision

• Supervise supervisors, foremen, and factory workers
• Ensure discipline, attendance, and productivity
• Coordinate with HR for manpower requirements and issues

6. Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure safety practices and PPE usage inside factory
• Maintain compliance with Factory Act and safety norms
• Prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment

7. Maintenance & Equipment Management

• Ensure proper maintenance of machines and tools
• Plan preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns
• Coordinate repairs and service when required

8. Dispatch & Coordination

• Plan dispatch schedules as per site requirements
• Ensure proper packing to avoid transit damage
• Coordinate with transporters and site teams

9. Cost Control & Productivity Improvement

• Control production costs and reduce wastage
• Improve efficiency through better planning and process improvements
• Support management in cost-saving initiatives

10. Reporting & Management Support

• Prepare daily production reports and factory MIS
• Report delays, risks, or issues to management
• Support audits, inspections, and management reviews

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
