We are seeking a disciplined and strong-headed Factory Manager to oversee our garment production unit. You will be responsible for ensuring that school uniform orders are manufactured with high quality, delivered on time, and that the workforce is managed efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Production Oversight: Manage the end-to-end manufacturing process for school uniforms (cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing). * Team Management: Supervise tailors, cutters, and laborers; maintain strict discipline on the floor. * Fabric Knowledge: Inspect fabric quality and manage raw material inventory to minimize wastage. * Reporting: Maintain production logs and daily reports using MS Excel and basic computer tools. * Quality Control: Ensure every uniform meets the "Purple Uniforms" design and quality standards. Required Skills & Qualifications * Experience: Proven experience in garment production and factory management. * Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer operations. * Soft Skills: Must be bold, confident, and strong in handling labor and meeting deadlines. * Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of garment construction and different types of fabrics.
