11.01Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure timely production and delivery.

11.02Plan, organize, and manage production schedules and manpower requirements.

11.03Ensure optimal utilization of resources including manpower, machines, and materials.

11.04Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed.

11.05Implement and maintain safety, health, and environmental standards

.11.06Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

11.07Coordinate with departments like Quality, Maintenance, Procurement, and HR.

11.08Manage budgets and ensure cost control measures are implemented effectively
