Factory Manager

Dasmesh Mechanical Works (LANDFORCE), Amargarh Punjab, India,

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Head to oversee the fabrication of critical equipment like Rotavator, thresher, shredders ( Fabrication assembly and paint ) for farm applications and engineering projects

Must have-Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

· Establishing and managing the manufacturing operation for fabrication ,assembly and paint work .

· Coordination with overseas principles and manufacturing associates in India to ensure the efficient production process and maintaining quality standard and driving cost manufacturing process .

· Oversee the production process, from raw material procurement to final product assembly, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.

· Implement quality control measures to ensure that manufactured equipment meets regulatory standards and customer requirements.

· Continuously evaluate manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.

· Develop and implement cost-effective manufacturing strategies to optimize resource utilization and maximize profitability.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and sales, to ensure seamless coordination and integration of manufacturing activities.

Education Qualification

B. Tech./BE/MBA

General Experience

15 ~ 20 Years experience (B. tech./BE) 9

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Maler Kotla, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Knowledge of Assembly Process: 10 years (Required)
