Role Description

Factory Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day factory operations including cutting, polishing, finishing, and dispatch.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor production to meet quality standards and timely delivery.
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff, ensuring high productivity and discipline.
• Oversee machinery maintenance, minimize downtime, and ensure workplace safety.
• Maintain strict quality control across all production stages.
• Coordinate with management on inventory, procurement, and order fulfillment.
• Implement cost-control measures and ensure maximum utilization of resources.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and consistency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 

  7+ years of experience

   in granite or stone processing (factory management preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of granite cutting, polishing, and machinery.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to handle production targets under pressure with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills (English, Hindi; knowledge of Tamil is an advantage).
