Senior Sales Executive

Role Overview: As a Senior Sales Executive at Girias Colors of Rainbow & Girias Hilltop Stones, you will play a crucial role at the flagship Stone Experience Centre in Hosur. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with walk-in clients, architects, dealers, and project heads, assisting them in selecting the perfect natural and engineered stones while ensuring a superior buying experience. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome, guide, and provide consultation to customers visiting the Experience Centre. - Promote and sell the extensive range of natural & engineered stones available. - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with architects, designers, dealers, and builders. - Understand the specific requirements of clients and recommend customized material solutions. - Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets set for the center. - Collaborate closely with the management team on sales strategies and incorporate client feedback. - Keep an updated record of client interactions, quotations, and follow-up activities. - Represent the brand professionally with in-depth product knowledge and expertise. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated sales experience within the stone industry, specializing in granite, marble, quartz, quartzite, porcelain, or related materials. - Possess a strong network of connections with architects, designers, and dealers, which is highly desirable. - Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships. - Customer-centric mindset with a talent for consultative selling. - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and South Indian languages such as Tamil, Kannada, or Telugu will be advantageous. - Energetic, goal-oriented, and a genuine passion for design and materials.
