Role Summary We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager (Female) to lead client acquisition and relationship development in the surfaces industry. The candidate must come from a strong background in ceramics, tiles, marble, stone, or sanitaryware and should have extensive experience engaging with architects and interior designers. Key Responsibilities Drive new business development in the premium quartz/stone industry Build and nurture partnerships with architects, interior designers, and premium retail clients Manage project-based sales and lead generation through kitchen installers and B2B networks Set regional sales targets and strategize to achieve them Oversee product displays and sample placements at key client locations Coordinate with the factory for logistics, dispatch, and payment follow-ups Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's or Masters in Business Administration or related field Must have prior experience in the Ceramic / Tiles / Stone / Sanitaryware industry (preferably with premium or big brands) Owns a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for travel Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities Experience working closely with architects and designers is mandatory Skills : - Ceramic Industry,Marble Industry,Sanitaryware,Tiles Industry,Architect Handling,Interior Designer Handling,B2B Sales,Field Sales,Communication Skills,Female Candidate,Vehicle Mandatory, Business Development Manager, Ceramic Industry, Tiles Sales, Marble Industry, Sanitaryware Sales, Stone Industry, Premium Building Materials, Architect Sales, Interior Designer Sales, B2B Sales, Field Sales, Delhi Sales Jobs, Bangalore Sales Jobs, Hyderabad Sales Jobs, Women in Sales, Construction Material Sales, Building Products
