Role Overview: You are a Factory Manager at Hilltop Granite Factory located in Shoolagiri, Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day factory operations such as cutting, polishing, finishing, and dispatch. - Plan, schedule, and monitor production to meet quality standards and ensure timely delivery. - Lead, train, and motivate production staff to maintain high productivity and discipline. - Oversee machinery maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure workplace safety. - Maintain strict quality control throughout all production stages. - Coordinate with management regarding inventory, procurement, and order fulfillment. - Implement cost-control measures and maximize resource utilization. - Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency in operations. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7+ years of experience in granite or stone processing, with a preference for factory management experience. - Strong technical knowledge of granite cutting, polishing, and machinery operations. - Proven leadership skills and ability to manage production teams effectively. - Capacity to handle production targets under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Good communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Tamil is advantageous.
