Cost saving measures in Power Consumption and Maintenance Cost . Wastage Control To control and maintain all the wastages like Packing Material & Raw Materials with in the allowable limits. Should understand the requirements of production and the need to have all machines maintained at optimal level. Ensuring minimal wastage, optimum manpower utilization, and optimal usage of consumables & operating at maximum efficiencies. Trainings & Team Development To conduct/arrange all Internal and external trainings on Safety, Quality, Productivity and technical efficiency. To develop team in a manner that regular updations, innovations and automations take place in plant to meet the challenges. To identify and implement training and developmental needs Skills and Abilities of the team. Ensuring training compliances as per the audit requirements.
