Coordinate with Factory manager and evaluate all projects and recommend ways to reduce cost and improve quality of all processes and provide necessary training and counselling to employees as per requirement. Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications. Ensure Quality, Food safety, health and environment requirement at shop floor. Ensure good housekeeping is maintained at all times during manufacturing. Supervise production team to manage and execute production projects. Prepare and follow the PM schedule of the various packing equipment. Ensure all the packing machine meet the safety requirement prior to start operation. Work with the team to plan, schedule and perform packing activities. Assign daily workload to team members. To coordinate in preparation of SOPs , Validation Protocol with quality and engineering department. Conduct training and educate people at site. Ensure waste minimization, safely collection and stored properly for further process. Responsible to report problem(s) with regards to the FSSC to QA Manager and Factory manager. Develop production program and guidelines to support company objectives. Suggest process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity. Organize on-job trainings to team members to achieve production goals. Investigate production issues and develop resolutions. Determine equipment, material and manpower requirements to achieve target. Recommend cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards. Assist in employee recruitment, performance evaluation. Authorities: To review and act on production plan/schedule. Approve the work instruction on the safety and maintenance of the machines.
