Plant, Production, EHS, Maintenance Packing, and Employee Management Oversee efficient manpower planning and utilization across the plant. Manage maintenance of equipment, facility, plant security, and safety protocols. Supervise daily production planning and productivity of plant & track achievement of targets. Monitor utility systems, including boilers, cooling, chilling units, air compressors, and vacuum systems. Track and report raw material consumption, fuel usage, and electricity consumption. Manage spillage, tank leakages, and pump malfunctions in the plant. Control, maintain, and Monitor all BMR, BPR, logbooks, and other document-related management systems. Oversee waste and by-product management strategies. Ensure efficient equipment utilization and minimize downtime. Enforce adherence to SOPs, regulatory requirements, and safety standards. Liaise with government agencies and manage external regulatory relations. Lead product development and process improvement initiatives. Managed employee training and development programs. New Software ERP and Others Implementation. EHS Policy Follow-up Implementation, Regulatory Compliance, Safety & Environmental Other Plant Audits. Performance and Operations Management Review and compare production target achievements and downtime metrics. Prepare budgets and proposals for capacity upgrades, new projects, and job work. Drive cost optimization efforts to align with company budgetary goals. Enforce strict compliance with environmental safety and waste management protocols. Participate in safety, quality, productivity, and innovation initiatives across departments. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress consistently. Efficiently allocate resources to achieve optimal operational performance. Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure production output, product quality, and on-time shipping meet or exceed expectations. Qualifications B. E/B. Tech with 10 to 20 years of experience.
