Budget Management: Develop and manage the operational budget, monitor performance against targets, and implement cost optimization strategies. Performance Reporting: Develop and provide regular reports on operational performance, key metrics, and progress against goals. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, government agencies, and customers. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement best practices, and drive operational efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent. A Master's degree is preferred.
