Key Responsibilities (KRA):

• Lead and manage daily factory operations

  to ensure seamless production flow.

• Product Costing and Optimization

  :
• Analyze current manufacturing costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Suggest actionable strategies to the management for cost optimization without compromising on quality.
• Work proactively on improving operational efficiency and reducing waste.
• Implement best practices in

  manufacturing, quality control, and safety

  across the plant.
• Collaborate with R&D and procurement to ensure quality and consistency of raw materials and finished products.
• Train and guide the factory team to build a performance-driven culture.
• Prepare regular reports and insights for the senior management on performance and opportunities for improvement.

What We are Looking For:

• 10–12 years

  of proven experience in factory operations or plant management preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality systems.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in cost analysis and process optimization.
• A hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.
