We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified PGT Physics teacher for our Barasat branch to inspire and guide senior secondary students. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective Physics lessons for classes XI and XII, following CBSE curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments in alignment with academic goals. Conduct practical sessions and ensure safe and effective use of lab equipment. Monitor student progress and provide feedback through regular assessments and interaction. Collaborate with other faculty members, participate in staff meetings, and contribute to school activities. Guide and mentor students for board exams, competitive exams like NEET, JEE (as required). Maintain records of student performance and attendance. Ensure a disciplined and positive classroom environment. Qualifications and Skills: Postgraduate degree (M.Sc) in Physics with B.Ed. (Mandatory). 2 to 5 years of relevant teaching experience at the PGT level. Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills. Familiarity with modern teaching methods, educational tools, and technology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about teaching and student development.
