Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the Vice Chairman’s calendar, including scheduling and rescheduling meetings. Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, appointments, and events, Social media handling, reels handling etc. Ensure timely communication of meeting reminders and follow-ups. Handle email correspondence and phone calls on behalf of the Vice Chairman when required. Prepare agendas, documents, and minutes for meetings. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless communication and scheduling. Assist with travel planning, if needed. Requirements: Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient in Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or other scheduling tools.
