Job Title: Project Manager Company: GRANDLY Location: Dumdum, Kolkata Salary: ₹3.60 LPA Experience: Minimum 4–6 years preferred Job Type: Full-Time About GRANDLY: A full-service Architecture and Interior Design Studio based in Kolkata creating Functional, Luxurious and Affordable spaces for commercial and residential clients all over the world. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate multiple project sites simultaneously, ensuring timely and quality execution. Prepare and maintain accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for all ongoing and upcoming projects. Communicate and negotiate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless workflow and cost control. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to project specifications. Coordinate with internal teams, including design, procurement, and execution, for smooth project delivery. Track project timelines, budgets, and material requirements, ensuring all deliverables are met. Maintain documentation, reports, and communication logs related to site and vendor management. Key Requirements: Proven experience in project/site management , preferably in construction, interiors, or infrastructure. Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation , quantity estimation, and material planning. Excellent vendor communication and negotiation skills . Ability to handle multiple projects/sites under tight deadlines. Proficient in MS Excel, project tracking tools, and basic documentation. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field. Show more Show less
